Current Student Maintenance - Emergency tab
Use the Emergency tab to maintain details of up to three people who can be contacted in the event of an emergency. These emergency contacts can be recorded by entering details into either:

Tip: Use the Contacts tab if the emergency contact person is already in your organisation's database. For example, the parent of another student.Community approvers entering details using the My Details tab on the Community portal.
Tip: You will receive the Portal details updated Action Centre message when details are submitted using the My Details tab of the Community Portal.

To open the Emergency tab:
Select Module > Students > Current Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Current Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking.
Search for the student. See Searching for existing students in the Current students manual.
Click the Emergency tab.
The Emergency tab of the Current Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Name | Emergency contact's full name. |
Phone | Emergency contact's telephone number. |
Alt Phone | Alternative emergency contact telephone number. |
Relationship | Emergency contact's relationship to the student. |
Address | Emergency contact's address. |
