Adding new student support service records
To add a new student support service record:
- Open the Services bar of Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Services bar.
- Click .
The Details window is displayed. - Select the student support service type from the Support Type field.
- Select the student support service status from the Service Status field.
- Select the community member that lodged the application in the Application Lodged By field.
- Select the date the student support service application was lodged in the Application Date field.
- Type any relevant details about the student support service in the Details field.
- Type any referral details for the student support service in the Referral field.
- Type any parent contact information in the Parent Contact field.
- Type a description of the student support services provided in the Service Details field.
- Select the staff member responsible for administering the student support service in the Responsible Staff field.
- Select the last day of the student support service in the Service End Date field.
- Click .
