Adding new student support service records

To add a new student support service record:

  1. Open the Services bar of Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Services bar.
  2. Click .
    The Details window is displayed.
  3. Select the student support service type from the Support Type field.
  4. Select the student support service status from the Service Status field.
  5. Select the community member that lodged the application in the Application Lodged By field.
  6. Select the date the student support service application was lodged in the Application Date field.
  7. Type any relevant details about the student support service in the Details field.
  8. Type any referral details for the student support service in the Referral field.
  9. Type any parent contact information in the Parent Contact field.
  10. Type a description of the student support services provided in the Service Details field.
  11. Select the staff member responsible for administering the student support service in the Responsible Staff field.
  12. Select the last day of the student support service in the Service End Date field.
  13. Click .
