Current Student Maintenance - Entry bar
Use the Entry bar to view details of:
- when a student first started at your organisation
- their previous school or learning organisation
- how they found out about your organisation.
Current Student Maintenance - Entry bar key fields and buttons
Entry area
Field | Description |
---|---|
Campus | Campus where the student started at your organisation. |
Application Date | Date the application was received. |
Enquiry Date | Date the first enquiry was received. |
Year Level | Year level the student was enrolled in when they started at your organisation. |
Entry Date | Date the student entered your organisation. |
Initial Schooling Date | Date the student first attended any school. |
Pre Entry Comment | Comments before the student was accepted at your organisation. For example, special achievements of the student before entering. |
Source area
Field | Description |
---|---|
Source of Enquiry | How the person making the enquiry became aware of your organisation. |
Source of Enquiry Comment | Any notes or comments. For example 'Referred by the Smiths, who have three children currently at the school'. |
Enquiry Campaign | Campaign that the enquiry is in response to. |
Country of Application | Country that the application is received from, if different from your organisation's country. That is, overseas students. |
Previous School | Student's previous school, if applicable.

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Student Selector. This field can be used to filter students by any of the information displayed in the Student Selector.
