Description
The ShowPossibleNonAttendFirstFlag setting is used to determine the order that the attendance records are displayed on the Attendance window, when modifying a class that has already been marked.

Default value
The default value is False. When a user returns to the Attendance window the records are displayed in the same order as when first marked.
 

Setting a different value
Select the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the value to True. See Maintaining configuration files.

The students that were marked as absent are displayed first on the Attendance window, when modifying a class that has already been marked.
In the following example, two students are marked absent on the Attendance window.

If the class is modified, the absent student records are listed first on the Attendance window.
