Description
The ConfirmStudentsPresentPromptFlag setting is used to determine whether students are listed when a user confirms attendances on the Attendance window. See Attendance window in the Attendance and absence events manual.

Default value
The default value is True.
The Confirm Attendance window is displayed with the students listed.

This setting needs to remain set as True in New Zealand schools, as it is a NZMOE requirement that the students who are present are listed and confirmed by the person marking the roll.
 

Setting a different value
Clear the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the value to False. See Maintaining configuration files.

The Confirm window is displayed without any students listed.
