Description
The ConfirmStudentsPresentPromptShowPresentFlag setting is used to determine whether students listed when a user confirms attendances on the Attendance window are either those that have been marked:

• present are listed as being present
• absent are listed as being not present.

Default value
The default value is True.
The Confirm Attendance window is displayed with the students listed as being present.

This setting needs to remain set as True in New Zealand schools, as it is a NZMOE requirement that the students who are present are listed and confirmed by the person marking the roll.
 

Setting a different value
Clear the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the value to False. See Maintaining configuration files.

The Confirm Attendance window is displayed with the students listed as being not present.
