Customising the appearance of Synergetic

You can customise the appearance of Synergetic in several ways:

• You can change the background colour of the main menu. See Changing the background colours.

Note: This is recommended for test servers or extra finance databases so that you can easily tell the difference between different instances.

• You can create your own custom icons to use in place of the menu buttons on the main tool bar. See CustomIcon configuration setting.

• You can set which icons are used by default for the menu toolbar. See IconSet configuration setting.

• You can rename fields within Synergetic to suit your organisation. See Customising field names in Synergetic.

• You can create your own custom icons that link to a field or an SQL function and are displayed in maintenance windows. See Maintaining custom maintenance window icons.
