System requirements

Configuring Synergetic to integrate with HROnboard

You can configure Synergetic to integrate with HROnboard by:

• Configuring the Core API and HROnboard SIF Endpoint details. Contact Synergetic Management Systems.
• Configuring the SIF settings used to share data with HROnboard. See Configuring SIF settings for HROnboard.
• Creating a SIF Consumer for HROnboard. See Creating SIF Consumers for HROnboard.
• Configuring Action Centre messages for HROnboard. See Configuring Action Centre messages for HROnboard.

Configuring HROnboard to integrate with Synergetic

You can configure HROnboard to integrate with Synergetic by providing the following information to HROnboard:

• Synergetic SIF Endpoint URL that receives the data from HROnboard. Contact Synergetic Management Systems.
• HROnboard Consumer Token used to authenticate HROnboard to Synergetic.
  
  Note: The HROnboard Consumer Token is generated when the SIF Consumer is created for HROnboard. See Creating SIF Consumers for HROnboard.
  
  
  

• Custom relationship codes from the luRelationship lookup table, if necessary. See luRelationship lookup table.
  
  Note: HROnboard supports the following default relationship values.

Processing HROnboard Action Centre messages

Once the configuration process is complete, staff member details submitted in HROnboard trigger Action Centre messages in Synergetic.

You must process the messages in the following order:

1. Staff details received from External System via SIF (SYSINT_SIF_StaffDetails_T) message. See Processing Staff details received from External System via SIF Action Centre messages.
2. Staff payroll details received from External System via SIF (SYSINT_SIF_StaffPayrollDetails_T) message. See Processing staff payroll details received from External System via SIF messages.
