Maintaining spelling setup data

Some aspects of the spell check and thesaurus functions can be configured to suit your organisation's needs.
You can:

• Add words to a custom dictionary. See Adding custom words to the spell check.
• Create a custom dictionary that includes:
  • names of community members at your organisation
  • items from a custom word list.
