Creating a new employer for work experience
Use the Community Maintenance window to create a new work experience employer. See Creating new community records in the Community manual.
The Create New Employer - Name window is displayed first.
Enter key fields to find the company using the name or to create a new employer:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Record Type | Select Company. |
Use existing ID | Select this flag to type in the ID using the Synergetic identifier for an existing employer. |
If the information you enter matches one or more members of the community database, Synergetic displays a window showing possible matches. You can either:
- Select a record from the grid to use as the employer.
- Create a new employer record. This creates a completely new member in the community database and puts them in the employer constituency.
