Debtor Maintenance - Arrangements tab

Use the Arrangements tab to record details of any payment arrangements made with the debtor. For example, you can extend a debtor's deadline or make arrangements for them to pay monthly if your organisation permits payment arrangements.

Note:
If a debtor changes their arrangement, create a new arrangement instead of editing the existing arrangement. This creates an audit trail and credit history that your organisation can use to make decisions about credit arrangements.Mark the existing arrangement as complete. Synergetic only allows one active arrangement at a time.

When you enter an arrangement, the Arrangement Active flag is enabled on the General tab. While an arrangement is active, the debtor is excluded from any overdue letter runs.
