Monitoring debtor data using the Debtors Power BI Dashboard

You can use the Debtors Power BI Dashboard to view and filter debtor data including:

payments compared to charges
charges by statement group
amount owing by date
debtor charges compared to last year
difference in debtor payments compared to last year
debtors in credit
top debtors by name
debtor information.

You can use this interactive dashboard to explore the functionality of the Debtors Power BI Dashboard.

Debtors Power BI Dashboard key tiles

Tile	Description

Tile	Description
Date Range	Date range of the displayed data. You can filter the dashboard content by adjusting the dates using either: text fields slider.
Payments v Charges	Total payments compared to total charges. You can select a segment of the donut chart to highlight the selected segment and filter the dashboard content.
Charges by Statement Group	Total debtor charges by statement group. You can select a segment of the donut chart to filter the dashboard content.
Total Owing by Date	Total debtor charges owing by date. You can: hover over the graph to view a popup summarising the total owing at the specified date. click a location of the graph to filter the dashboard content.
Debtor Payments This Year vs Last Year Date	Total debtor payments compared to last year by date. You can: hover over the graph to view a popup summarising the data at the specified date Note: Hovering over the This Year (light grey) graph only displays the current year's figures. click a location of the graph to filter the dashboard content.
Difference	Difference in debtor payments compared to last year. You can: hover over the graph to view a popup summarising the difference at the specified date click a location of the graph to filter the dashboard content.
Debtor Information	List of debtors including each debtor's: Synergetic ID Mailing name Current amount owing. You can select any debtor record to display only their data in the dashboard content .
Debtors in credit	List of debtors currently in credit. You can select any debtor record to display only their data in the dashboard content
Ranking	Used to filter the number of records displayed in the Top Debtors by Name tile.
Top Debtors by Name	Ranking of the top debtors. You can: use the Ranking tile to change the number of displayed records select a debtor to display only their data in the dashboard content.
