Adding student classes in bulk

To add one or more classes to a student's list:

  1. Click  on the Class tab of Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Classes tab.
    The Search window for adding classes is displayed.

  2. Enter the search criteria.

    The default Campus and Year Level may be displayed if the luFileType lookup table is set up to apply defaults.

  3. Click .
    Classes that match your search criteria are displayed.
  4. Either:

    • Select the class to be added and click .
    • Double click on the class.

    The class is added to the student's grid.
  5. Repeat step 4 until all classes have been added.

    Repeat steps 2 through 4 to add classes with different criteria. Your search criteria apply until you change them or close the search window.

  6. Click  or Cancel to close the window.
    The selected classes are appended to the list of student's classes.

    Tip: You can also tag students and add them in bulk to a class using Module > Students > Class Maintenance > Students > Add Students and select Tagged Ids.
