Adding student classes in bulk
To add one or more classes to a student's list:
- Click on the Class tab of Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Classes tab.
The Search window for adding classes is displayed. - Enter the search criteria.
Note: The default Campus and Year Level may be displayed if the luFileType lookup table is set up to apply defaults. - Click .
Classes that match your search criteria are displayed. - Either:
• Select the class to be added and click .
• Double click on the class.
The class is added to the student's grid. - Repeat step 4 until all classes have been added.
Note: Repeat steps 2 through 4 to add classes with different criteria. Your search criteria apply until you change them or close the search window. - Click or Cancel to close the window.
The selected classes are appended to the list of student's classes.
Tip: You can also tag students and add them in bulk to a class using Module > Students > Class Maintenance > Students > Add Students and select Tagged Ids.
