luMedicalPlanType lookup table

Description

The luMedicalPlanType lookup table is used to maintain the types of medical plans used at your organisation.

It is used in the:

Type field on the following windows:

- Plan sub-tab on the Medical Plan tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Plan tab - Plan sub-tab in the Synergetic Medical details manual.
- Medical Plan sub-tab on the Medication tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medication tab - Medical Plan sub-tab in the Synergetic Medical details manual.
Medical Plan Type field on the Medical Plan tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Plan tab in the SynWeb Medical details manual.

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code for the medical plan type.
Description	Description of the medical plan type.
SortOrder	Order that the medical plan type appears in the Type drop-down list.
DefaultFlag	Set as the default medical plan type at your organisation.
ActiveFlag	Select if the medical plan type is used at your organisation.
Document Type	Document classification of the medical plan type. See luDocumentClassification lookup table.
ModifiedDate	Community member that last modified the record.
ModifiedUser	Date the record was last modified.
