luMedication lookup table

Description
The luMedication lookup table lists the medications used at your organisation.
It is used in the Medication field on the Medications sub-tab in Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Medications sub-tab in the Medical details manual.

Example

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code for the medication.
Description	Description of the medication.
SortOrder	The order that the medical test record appears in the Medication field.
DefaultFlag	Select the field to make the entry a default medication.
ActiveFlag	Select if the medication type is relevant to your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
