Select to permit this medical incident type to be used at your organisation.

ShowIn-Synergetic-TimetableFlag

If selected, medical incidents of this type are displayed in the student's Timetable tab and in Attendance Maintenance.

ShowInPortal-TimetableFlag

If selected, medical incidents of this type are displayed in the Community Portal.

PopupText

Text displayed in a popup dialog box when a user makes a selection.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
