Description
The luMedicalConditionType lookup table defines the medical conditions identified at your organisation.
It is used in the:
- Condition field on the following tabs in Medical Maintenance:
- Medical Condition tab.
- Condition sub-tab.
- Tests sub-tab.
- Equipment sub-tab.
- Medication sub-tab.
- Symptoms sub-tab.

SynergyMeaning | Code to tell Synergetic how to treat this medical condition. |
SortOrder | The order that the medical condition appears in the Condition field. |
DefaultFlag | Select the field to make the entry a default medical condition. |
ActiveFlag | Selected if the medical condition is used at your organisation. |
ModifiedDate | Community member that last modified the record. |
ModifiedUser | Date the record was last modified. |
