luMedicalConditionType lookup table

Description

The luMedicalConditionType lookup table defines the medical conditions identified at your organisation.

It is used in the:

Condition field on the following tabs in Medical Maintenance:

- Medical Condition tab.
- Condition sub-tab.
- Tests sub-tab.
- Equipment sub-tab.
- Medication sub-tab.
- Symptoms sub-tab.

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code assigned to the medical condition.
Description	Description of the medical condition.
SynergyMeaning	Code to tell Synergetic how to treat this medical condition.
SortOrder	The order that the medical condition appears in the Condition field.
DefaultFlag	Select the field to make the entry a default medical condition.
ActiveFlag	Selected if the medical condition is used at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Community member that last modified the record.
ModifiedUser	Date the record was last modified.
