Excursion Maintenance - Update of Details bar

Use the Update of Details bar to select the attendee details that must be updated during the excursion consent process on the Excursion tab of the Community Portal.



 Opening the Update of Details bar

To open the Update of Details bar:

  1. Select Students > Excursion Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Set Excursion Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Search for excursions. See Searching for excursions.
  3. Click the Update of Details bar.

    Tip:
     You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

Fields

Note: These fields respect the ReadOnly and HideFlag fields of the luFormItems lookup table. See luFormItems lookup table.



For example, if the Bloodtype record has the HideFlag field selected in the luForms lookup table it will not display on the Community Portal, even if the Show Blood Type field is selected.

Confirm Medical Details

Select all the medical details fields.

Once this field is selected you can select or deselect the medical details fields to determine the medical details that must be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal.

Select to require the student's medical condition details to be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal prior to the excursion.

MedicationsSelect to require the student's medication details to be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal prior to the excursion.
AllergiesSelect to require the student's allergy details to be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal prior to the excursion.
Ongoing Medical and General ConsentsSelect to require the student's ongoing medical and general consents to be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal prior to the excursion.
Confirm Immunisations and Healthcare

Select all the immunisation and healthcare fields.

Once this field is selected you can select or deselect the immunisation and healthcare fields to determine the immunisation and healthcare details that must be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal.

Verify Emergency Contact DetailsSelect to require the student's emergency contact details to be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal prior to the excursion.
Verify Doctor DetailsSelect to require the student's doctor details to be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal prior to the excursion.
Verify Dentist DetailsSelect to require the student's dentist details to be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal prior to the excursion.
Show Blood TypeSelect to show the student's blood type on the Community Portal.
Confirm Requirements

Select all the requirements fields.

Once this field is selected you can select or deselect the requirements fields to determine the requirements that must be confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal.

Medical conditions to be confirmed for the excursion.

General Consent

General consent to be confirmed for the excursion.

Note: General consent types are maintained in the luConsentType lookup table. See luConsentType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

Student Abilities

Student abilities to be confirmed for the excursion.

Note: Student abilities are maintained in the luAbilityType lookup table. See luAbilityType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

Required

Select if the Required Immunisations, General Consent or Student Ability field is required for the excursion.

Delete the selected record. You can delete:

  • Required Immunisation
  • Medical Condition
  • General Consent
  • Student Ability.

Search Filter

The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Excursion Selector. This field can be used to filter excursions by any of the information displayed in the Excursion Selector.

For example, type ski to only view excursions with the word ski in the excursion code or description.
