Adding student ability details for excursions
To add student ability details for excursions:
- Open the Update of Details tab of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Update of Details bar.
- Click in the Student Abilities grid area.
The Ability Search window is displayed. - Select the Include field to add an ability type.
- Select the Mark as Required field if the ability type is required for the excursion.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional ability types.
Tip: You can click to include all default ability types. For more information on default ability types, see luAbilityType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
