Adding new excursion resources

To add a new excursion resource:

  1. Open the Required Resources bar of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Required Resources bar.
  2. Click .
    The Details window is displayed.
  3. Type a description of the resource in the Resource Description field.
  4. Select the staff member responsible for the resource from the Responsible Staff drop-down list.
  5. Type any relevant details about the resource in the Details field.
  6. Click to add an object booking, if necessary. See Adding object bookings to excursion resources.

    Note:
    You can maintain objects using the Objects Maintenance window. See Maintaining objects in the Synergetic Objects manual.
