Excursion Maintenance - Required Resources bar

Use the Required Resources bar to view and maintain object resources required for excursions.

Note:

 Opening the Required Resources bar

To open the Required Resources bar:

  1. Select Students > Excursion Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Set Excursion Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Search for excursions. See Searching for excursions.
  3. Click the Required Resources bar.

    Tip
    : You can click anywhere on the bar to open it.

Description

Resource Description

Description of the object resource. For example, iPad.

Object Type

Type of object.

Booking From

Start date of the object booking.

Booking To

End date of the object booking.

Loaned

Whether the selected object has been loaned out.

Buttons

Button

Description

Launch the Details window to add a new excursion resource. See Adding new excursion resources.

Edit the details of the selected excursion resource.

Delete the selected excursion resource.


Common fields

Description

Search Filter

The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Excursion Selector. This field can be used to filter excursions by any of the information displayed in the Excursion Selector.
For example, type ski to only view excursions with the word ski in the excursion code or description.

Delete the currently selected excursion.
