Excursion Maintenance - Consent bar
Use the Consent bar to view and maintain consent types that need to approved before community members can attend an excursion.

Fields
Field | Description |

Overall Consent Text | Select a code from the drop-down list and the overall general consent text is displayed. |
Grid area fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Excursion Consent | Excursion-specific consent type. |
Required | Whether the specific excursion consent is required. |
Send Consent Confirmation Email | Select to send a confirmation email to the excursion approver once student attendance is confirmed on the Excursions tab of the Community Portal. For information about setting up excursion emails including consent confirmation emails and payment receipt emails, see Setting up excursion emails. When you select this field a check is performed and any issues are displayed using the following window: You must:

Buttons
Button | Description |

Launch the Add Event Consent Type window to create a new consent type. See Creating excursion consent types. | |
Launch the Add Event Consent Type window to edit the selected consent. | |
Delete the selected event consent. |
Common fields
Field | Description |

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Excursion Selector. This field can be used to filter excursions by any of the information displayed in the Excursion Selector. |
