luConsentType lookup table

Description

The luConsentType lookup table is used to maintain the list of items that parents consent to.

It is used in the:

Consent field of the Consent tab of Medical Maintenance. See:

- Medical Maintenance - Consent tab in the Synergetic Medical details manual.
- Medical Maintenance - Consents tab in the SynWeb Medical details manual.
General Consent grid area field on the Update of Details bar of Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Update of Details bar in the SynWeb Current students manual.

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Code that identifies the consent type.
Description	Description of the consent type.
SortOrder	Order that the consent types appear in.
DefaultFlag	Whether the consent type is a default consent type for your organisation.
ActiveFlag	Whether the consent type is active at your organisation.
DefaultConsent-ExpiryDate	Default date the consent type expires.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
