luMedicationType lookup table

Description

The luMedicationType lookup table lists the types of medications used at your organisation.

It is used in the:

Medication When field on the Medications sub-tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Medications sub-tab in the Synergetic Medical details manual.
Reason field on the Medications tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medication tab in the SynWeb Medical details manual.

Example

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code for the medication type.
Description	Description of the medication type.
SortOrder	The order that the medication type appears in the Medication When field.
DefaultFlag	Select the field to make the entry the default medication type.
ActiveFlag	Select if the medication type is relevant to your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Community member that last modified the record.
ModifiedUser	Date the record was last modified.
