Description
The luDisabilityLevel lookup table is used to define categories of severity for disabilities at your organisation.

Code	Code identifying the disability level.
Description	Description of the disability level.
ActiveFlag	Select if this level is currently used by your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
