luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table

Description

The luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table defines the severity levels of medical conditions.

It is used in the Severity field on the following tabs under Medical Maintenance:

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code for the severity level.
Description	Description of the severity level.
SortOrder	Order the severity levels are displayed in the Severity drop-down list.
DisplayColour	Highlight colour used to draw attention to the severity levels.
ActiveFlag	Select if the severity level is used at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Community member that last modified the record.
ModifiedUser	Date the record was last modified.
