Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab

Use the Condition sub-tab to record:

  • types of medical conditions
  • severity of the medical conditions
  • whether medical conditions are confidential
  • notification information
  • start and end dates
  • emergency and other treatment details.

 

 Opening the Condition sub-tab

To open the Condition sub-tab:

  1. Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
     Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
    • Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
    • Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
    • Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.
  2. Click .
    The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Medical Condition tab.
    The Condition sub-tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.


Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab key fields and buttons

Fields

Field

Description

Active

Whether the medical condition is active.

Confidential

Whether the medical condition is confidential.

Condition

Type of medical condition. See the luMedicalConditionType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Severity

Severity of the medical condition. See the luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Notified By

Community member that reported the medical condition.

Notified Start Date

Date the medical condition started.

Condition End Date

Date the medical condition ended.

Visibility

Determine where the medical condition is displayed. Select either:

  • Medical Maintenance only
  • Medical Maintenance+Community Portal
  • Medical Maintenance+School Staff
  • Medical Maintenance+Community Portal+School Staff.

Note: When set to display for school staff the medical condition will be displayed in maintenance modules used by staff members such as Student Maintenance and Co-Curricular Maintenance.

Condition Details

Details of the medical condition.

Emergency Treatment Details

Emergency treatment details for the medical condition.

Other Treatment Details

Other treatment details for the medical condition.

Launch the Staff Search window to record the staff member that notified medical staff of the medical condition.

Filters area fields

Select to only display medical conditions that are currently active.
