Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Equipment sub-tab

Use the Equipment sub-tab to record the types of equipment used to manage the currently selected medical condition.

Opening the Equipment sub-tab

To open the Equipment sub-tab:

Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
• Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
• Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
• Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
• Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.
Click .
The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Medical Condition tab.
The Condition sub-tab of the Medical Condition tab is displayed.
Click the Equipment sub-tab.
The Equipment sub-tab of the Medical Condition tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.

Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Equipment sub-tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Equipment Type	Type of equipment used to manage the medical condition. For example, a hearing aid. See the luMedicalEquipment lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Modified By	Community member that last modified the record.
Modified Date	Date the record was last modified.
Cond. Seq	Unique identifying number for the medical condition.
Equip. Seq	Unique identifying number for the medical equipment.

Filters area fields

Field	Description
Active only	Select to only display medical conditions that are currently active.

Common buttons

Button	Description
	Add a new medical record.
	Delete the selected medical record.
