Use the Risks sub-tab to maintain details of risks associated with student medical conditions.

Opening the Risks sub-tab

To open the Risks sub-tab:

Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
• Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
• Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
• Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
• Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.

The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Medical Condition tab.
The Condition sub-tab of the Medical Condition tab is displayed.
Click the Risks sub-tab.
The Risks sub-tab of the Medical Conditions tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.

Risk Details	Details of the risk.
Required Action	Required action to minimise risk.
Staff Responsible	Staff members responsible for managing the selected risk.
Review Date	Review date of the risk.
Expiry Date	Expiry date of the risk.

Grid area fields

Required Action	Required action to minimise risk.
Staff Responsible	Staff members responsible for managing the selected risk.
ModifiedBy	Community member that last modified the record.
ModifiedDate	Date the record was last modified.
Cond.Seq	Unique identifying number for the condition.
Risk.Seq	Unique identifying number for the risk.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Add a risk record. You can: Add a new risk record. See Adding new risk records Note: You can add default medical risk records using the luMedicalRisk lookup table. See the luMedicalRisk lookup table in the System maintenance manual. Link to a default medical risk. See Linking to default medical risks.
	Delete a risk record from the grid area.

Filters area fields

Field	Description
Active only	Select to only display medical conditions that are currently active.

Common buttons

	Add a new medical record.
	Delete the selected medical record.
