luFormItems lookup table

Description

The luFormItems lookup table is used to maintain form items displayed in:

  • details confirmation forms on the My Details page of the Community Portal
  • excursion consent forms on the Excursions page of the Community Portal.

Fields

Important: You can only change the values of the ReadOnlyFlag and HideFlag fields. This is because the textual fields are used to map form items to SynWeb and the Community Portal and any changes to these values can cause mapping issues.

Application

Application name. For example, Portal.

Form

Form name. For example, MyDetails.

Page

Page name. For example, Personal.

Section

Section name. For example, Name.

Field

Field name. For example, GivenName1.

ReadOnlyFlag

Whether the selected page, section or field is read-only.

HideFlag

Whether the selected page, section or field is hidden.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
