luConfirmationOfDetailDates lookup table
Description
The luConfirmationOfDetailsDates lookup table is used to maintain confirmation periods that determine when students and their contacts can confirm details using the My Details page of the Community Portal. By defining a set of confirmation periods over the course of the school year your organisation can ensure that student and student contact details are kept up to date. See Adding confirmation periods.
During open confirmation periods:
• Students and student contacts are reminded that confirmations are due by banners in the Community portal and targeted Action Centre messages.
• Schools can monitor the progress of confirmations using either:

| OpenDate | Opening date of the selected confirmation period. Once a confirmation period is open users can confirm details using:

| RequiredDate | Date that confirmations are due for the selected confirmation period. Note: The Portal message overdue banner is displayed in the Community portal if details have not been submitted by this date. |
| PortalCutOffDate | Date after the Required Date but prior to the Close Date during which confirmation submission is allowed but all confirmations are considered late. |
| CloseDate | Date the selected confirmation period closes and confirmations are no longer allowed. |
| Campus | Used to restrict the selected confirmation period to a specific campus. Only students and student contacts from the specified campus can complete confirmations for the selected confirmation period. |
| YearLevelFrom | Used to set the lowest year level included in the selected confirmation period. Only students and student contacts from the specified year level and above can complete confirmations for the selected confirmation period. |
| YearLevelTo | Used to set the highest year level included in the selected confirmation period. Only students and student contacts up to and including the specified year level can complete confirmations for the selected confirmation period. |
| PortalMessage | Message displayed in the Community portal header from the Open Date up to but not including the Required Date. |
| PortalMessageOverdue | Message displayed in the Community portal header from the Required Date up to and including the Portal Cut-off Date. |
| IncludeCurrentStudentsAndContacts | Select to include current students and their contacts in the selected confirmation period. Note: Contacts are only included if one of the Include[Type]Contacts columns is also selected. |
