luIndividualPlanType lookup table

Description
The luIndividualPlanType lookup table defines the individual plans types used at your organisation.
It is used in the Plan Type field on the Individual Plans tab. See:

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Unique code for the individual plan type.
Description	Description of the individual plan type.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected individual plan type record is active.
SortOn	Order that the plan types appear in the drop-down list.
ModifiedDate	Community member that last modified the record.
ModifiedUser	Date the record was last modified.
