Payroll Maintenance - Weekly Earnings History tab

Use the Weekly Earnings History tab to view:

  • details of changes made to employees that may impact the Ordinary Weekly Pay amount used to calculate holiday pay
  • weekly earnings snapshots saved on the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab of Payroll Maintenance. See Payroll Maintenance - Weekly Earnings Assistant tab.

 Opening the Weekly Earnings History tab

To open the Weekly Earnings History tab:

  1. Select Payroll > Payroll Employee Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Payroll Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Search for the employee payroll record for the staff member. See Searching for payroll employees.
    The Personal tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Weekly Earnings History tab.
    The Weekly Earnings History tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.

ModifiedDate

Date and time of the last modification.

ModifiedByCommunity member that modified the Weekly Earnings Assistant tab.
PayrollYearPayroll year linked to the Annual Salary and Weekly Salary values.
AnnualSalary

Calculated annual salary of the payroll employee. See Payroll Maintenance - Salary tab.

WeeklySalary

Calculated weekly salary of the payroll employee.
Calculation As at DateDate used to indicate the start of the holiday pay period.
EmployeeStartDate

Starting date of the payroll employee at your organisation.

Note: This field is populated based on the Start date field on the General tab of Payroll Maintenance. See Payroll Maintenance - General tab.

StandardNormalPay

Amount of standard normal pay.

StandardDividedByWeeksNumber of weeks used to divide the StandardNormalPay.
StandardWeeklyPay

Amount of standard weekly pay.

Amount of normal pay.
