Maintaining current pays
Use Current Pay Maintenance to view and maintain information about the current pay to payroll employees.
How to:
- Adjust an employee's pay record to match their earnings for the period. See Changing pay runs.
- Add or subtract leave from the current pay. See Adding leave transactions.
- Change payroll summary information. See Changing payroll summary information.
- Add a pay code to all pays in the current pay. See Adding a pay code to the current pay.
- Delete a pay code from all pays the current pay. See Deleting a pay code from the current pay.
- Recalculate the current pay. See Recalculating the current pay.
- Change the number of pay periods processed in the current pay. See Changing pay periods for the current pay.
- Replace a pay code or pay code type with another pay code in the current pay. See Changing pay codes for the current pay.
- Delete a current pay. See Deleting current pays.
