Payroll Maintenance - Maint tab

Use the Maint tab to view audit details of who last maintained the employee payroll record and when.

 Opening the Maint tab

To open the Maint tab:

  1. Select Payroll > Payroll Employee Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Payroll Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Search for the employee payroll record for the staff member. See Searching for payroll employees.
    The Personal tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Maint tab.
    The Maint tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.

    You can view changes to employee details on the Employee sub-tab, pay details on the Pay Details tab and pay methods on the Pay Methods sub-tab.
