luReportResultGroup lookup table
Description
The luReportResultGroup lookup table is used to create groups if you have a large number of assessment areas to manage. You can work with the groups instead of each individual assessment area in Student Results Maintenance.
Used to:
- lock assessment areas at a group level to make the group unavailable for data entry
- unlock assessment areas at a group level to make the group available for data entry
- filter which areas are displayed on the screen.
It is used as the drop-down list on the Result Group field on the Area sub-tab of Subject Assessment Maintenance. See Subject Assessment Maintenance - Area tab - Area sub-tab in the Assessments and reports manual.

LockedFlag | If selected, prevents teachers entering results for assessment areas linked to this group. |
CalculationBasis | Not used. |
CalculationOperator | Not used. |
SortOrder | Sort the groups when displayed in drop-down lists. |
CommPortalPublishFlag | Select to publish the group of results on the Community Portal. |
Active Flag | Select if this result group is active. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
