Adding new appraisal details

Use the Add Staff Appraisal Details window to add appraisal details for a staff member:

You should refer to your human resources policies about how best to use this procedure in your organisation.

  1. Open the Appraisals tab of Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Appraisals tab.
  2. Click .
    The Add Staff Appraisal Details window is displayed.
  3. Enter the date of the interview and the name of the person conducting the interview.
  4. Use the tabs to record information about staff appraisals. See:
