Adding new appraisal details
Use the Add Staff Appraisal Details window to add appraisal details for a staff member:
Note: You should refer to your human resources policies about how best to use this procedure in your organisation.
- Open the Appraisals tab of Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Appraisals tab.
- Click .
The Add Staff Appraisal Details window is displayed. - Enter the date of the interview and the name of the person conducting the interview.
