The Students tab displays a list of all students that are enrolled in the staff member's classes.
You cannot add students to classes using this tab; you add students to classes using Student Maintenance by inserting classes in the student's list. See Current Student Maintenance - Classes tab in the Current students manual.
Tip: Right click on the grid to email one or more students in the class. See Sending emails in the Introduction manual.
To open the Students tab:
- Select Module > Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the main menu.
Tip: You can also access the staff functions by clicking
. - Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members.
The Personal tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed. - Click the Students tab.

Fields
Field | Description |

Active Only | Select to display only students who are currently enrolled at your organisation. |
Grid area fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Student | Name of the student taught by the staff member. |
Classes | Classes that the student is being taught by the staff member. |
ID | Synergetic ID of the student. |
