Staff Maintenance - Confidential tab

Use the Confidential tab to view and maintain any confidential comments about the staff member.

Note: See Staff Maintenance - Comment tab for recording non-confidential comments.

The operation of this tab is controlled by security settings. The system's administrator sets up the security that applies to this tab, that is, who can add comments and who can see the comments. If you do not have sufficient security the tab is not displayed.

Opening the Confidential tab

To open the Confidential tab:

Select Module > Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the main menu.
Tip: You can also access the staff functions by clicking .
Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members.
The Personal tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Confidential tab.
The Confidential tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.

Staff Maintenance - Confidential tab key buttons

Button	Description
	Add a new line in the grid area then input the confidential comment about the staff member.
	Delete the highlighted confidential comment about the staff member.
