Maintaining keys

Use Key Maintenance to keep track of all the keys that you issue to either:

  • members of staff
  • other community members, for example people who hire facilities.

Display information about the key including a description and whether the key has been replaced for any reason.

Key Maintenance - General tab.

You can:

  • display a list of rooms that the key will open
  • add or remove a room from the list of rooms opened by the key.

Display the community members, including staff members, who have been issued the key and its duplicates.

Maintain documents relating to the key.
