Key Maintenance - General tab

The General tab displays information about the key including, a description and whether the key has been replaced for any reason.

Opening the General tab

To open the General tab:

Select Module > Human Resources > Key Maintenance from the main menu.
Search for the key. See Searching for keys.
The General tab of the Key Maintenance window is displayed.

Brief description of what the key is used for.

Replaced Date

Date that the key was replaced, if at all.
