Monitoring staff data using the Human Resources Power BI Dashboard

Total number of staff members represented in the dashboard based on current selections.

Staff by Category & FTE

Total number of staff members and FTE for each job position used at your organisation.

You can:

• Select a row to filter the dashboard content by the selected job position
• Select a column to filter the dashboard content by the selected campus. 

Total number of staff members by campus.

You can select a segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected campus.

Total number of staff members by gender.

You can select a segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected gender.

Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.

Total number of staff members by department.

You can select a row to filter the dashboard content by the selected department.

Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard content by the selected job positions.

Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard content by the selected departments.

List of staff members employed by your organisation including staff details for each record.

You can:

• select a column to reorder the list of staff members by the selected header
• select a row to filter the dashboard content to display data for the selected staff record.
