Community Maintenance - Vehicles tab

Use the Vehicles tab to:

  • list vehicles associated with a community member
  • add a new vehicle and update the previous vehicle record as it is no longer current
  • allocate parking spaces for vehicles used by your organisation.


 Opening the Vehicles tab

To open the Vehicles tab:

  1. Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.

    Tip:
    You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking
    .

  2. Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
    The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Vehicles tab.
    The Vehicles tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.

Fields
Fields in the vehicle area correspond to the selected row in the grid area.

Field

Description

Registration

Vehicle registration number.

Class

Type of vehicle.

Expiry Date

Vehicle registration expiry date.

Note:
You can maintain subscriptions for the following Action Centre messages to notify users when vehicle registration details are expiring.

Make

Make of vehicle.

Model

Model of vehicle.

Year

Manufacture year of the vehicle.

Colour

Colour of the vehicle.

School Used

Select if the vehicle is used for your organisation's purposes.

Current Vehicle

Select if the vehicle is currently in use.

Parking Space

Allotted parking space.

Buttons

Button

Description

A new row is added in the grid area.

Enter the new details in the vehicle area.

Delete the selected vehicle from the community member's record.
