Community Maintenance - Vehicles bar
Use the Vehicles bar to:
- list vehicles associated with a community member
- add a new vehicle and update the previous vehicle record as it is no longer current
- allocate parking spaces for vehicles used by your organisation.
Community Maintenance - Vehicles bar key fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Registration | Vehicle registration number. |
Make | Make of vehicle. |
Model | Model of vehicle. |
Year | Vehicle year of manufacture. |
Colour | Vehicle colour. |
School Used | Select if the vehicle is used for your organisation's purposes. |
Current Vehicle | Select if the vehicle is currently in use. |
Registration Class | Type of vehicle, for example Car or Bus. |
Expiry Date | Vehicle registration expiry date. |
Parking Space | Allotted parking space. |

Common fields
Field | Description |

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Community Selector. This field can be used to filter community members by any of the information displayed in the Community Selector. |

Click to break spouse links for the selected community member. See Breaking links to a spouse. | |
