Community Maintenance - Current Comms bar
Use the Current Comms bar to enter and maintain the community member's communications.
Note: Only use this bar if the postal address is different to the home or business address, for example if a community member prefers mail to be sent to their post box.
Community Maintenance - Current Comms bar key fields and buttons
Grid area fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Code | Unique code used to identify the communication. See Maintaining communications in the Synergetic Development manual. |
Description | Description of the communication. |
Comment | Comment about the communication. |
Type | Type of communication. For example, newsletter or event reminder. |
Method | Way the communication is to be sent. For example, posted or by email. |
Date | Date and time of the communication. |
Primary | Address the communication to the primary contact only. |
Bulk-Added | Flag is selected if the communication has been added in bulk. |

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Community Selector. This field can be used to filter community members by any of the information displayed in the Community Selector. |
