Community Maintenance - Occupation bar
Use the Occupation bar to enter and maintain the community member's:
- occupation details
- business hours' phone and email contacts.
Community Maintenance - Occupation bar fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Description | Description of the community member's occupation. For example, information about their job title. |
Include Description in Occupation Address | Select to include the Description in the occupation address. |
Include Description in Mailing Address | Select to include the Description in the mailing address. |
Code | Occupation code. |
Position | Position code. |
Industry | Classify by industry. |
Company | Company name, if applicable. |
Phone | Contact occupation telephone number. |
Fax | Contact occupation fax number |
Mobile | Contact occupation mobile telephone number. |
Silent Mobile | Select if the occupation mobile number is not to be listed. |
Default Mobile Phone | Community member's preferred mobile phone. Available values are:

Default Email | Select the default email address. Values include:

Common fields

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Community Selector. This field can be used to filter community members by any of the information displayed in the Community Selector. |
