Payroll_HR Discrepancies window

Use the Payroll/HR Discrepancies window to locate fields in the Payroll Maintenance program where staff member information is different between Payroll and Human resources.

Opening the Payroll/HR Discrepancies window

To open the Payroll/HR Discrepancies window:

Select Module > Payroll > Payroll Employee Maintenance.
The Set Payroll Search Criteria window is displayed.
Type in your search terms, if any.
Tip: For a complete list of all discrepancies, leave all search fields blank.
Select Discrepancy List.
Click .
The Payroll/HR Discrepancies window is displayed.

Payroll/HR Discrepancies window key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Name	The name of the staff member with the discrepancy.
ID	The Synergetic ID of the staff member with the discrepancy.
Field	The field where information is different between Payroll and Human resources.
HR	The value recorded in the Human Resources Maintenance program.
Payroll	The value recorded in the Payroll Maintenance program.

Buttons

Button	Description
	This button is not currently used.
	Close the Payroll/HR Discrepancies window.
