Creating prospectus letters
You can transfer the name and address information from all the enquiries you have received into Microsoft Word and use the mail merge facility to send out correspondence.
For example, you can use the mail merge facility to send out a standard letter with a prospectus; the letter will include personalised information from the Synergetic enquiry data.
Use the EnquiryProspectusPrint stored procedure. This populates the Prospectus Date field on the Enquiry tab of the selected enquiry students.
