Community Maintenance - Involvement tab - Activities sub-tab
Use the Activities sub-tab to maintain details of activities performed to prepare community members for student involvement including:
- child safety training
- identity verifications
- policy agreements.
To open the Activities sub-tab:
- Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking
. - Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed. - Click the Involvement tab.
The Student Interaction sub-tab of the Involvement tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed. - Click the Activities sub-tab.

Status | Status of the student involvement activity. See luStudentSafetyActivityStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Comment | Comment about the student involvement activity. |
Activity By | Staff member that performed the student involvement activity. |
Activity Date | Date the student involvement activity was performed. |
Expiry Date | Expiry date of the student involvement activity. |
Created | Date the student involvement activity was created. |
By | Community member that created the student involvement activity. |
Modified | Date the student involvement activity was last modified. |
By | Community member that last modified the student involvement activity. |
