Community Maintenance - Involvement tab - Activities sub-tab

Use the Activities sub-tab to maintain details of activities performed to prepare community members for student involvement including:

  • child safety training
  • identity verifications
  • policy agreements.


 Opening the Activities sub-tab

To open the Activities sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.

    Tip:
    You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking
    .

  2. Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
    The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Involvement tab.
    The Student Interaction sub-tab of the Involvement tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
  4. Click the Activities sub-tab.
    The Activities sub-tab of the Involvement tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.

Activity Type

Type of student involvement activity. See luStudentSafetyActivityType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Status

Status of the student involvement activity. See luStudentSafetyActivityStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Comment

Comment about the student involvement activity.

Activity By

Staff member that performed the student involvement activity.

Activity Date

Date the student involvement activity was performed.

Expiry Date

Expiry date of the student involvement activity.

Created

Date the student involvement activity was created.

By

Community member that created the student involvement activity.

Modified

Date the student involvement activity was last modified.

By

Community member that last modified the student involvement activity.
